Myntra.com, the Mumbai-based Indian online retailer, has acquired Native5 Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Native5 is Myntra’s fourth acquisition in a row. The company has previously acquired Exclusively.com, SherSingh.com and Fitiquette.

The target is a Bengaluru-based mobile app-enabling software company. The compensation was not disclosed. Myntra and Native5 have entered into the acquihire transaction already in January. The team of Native5, all together eight members, joined Myntra in April. Native5 will be dissolved after the transaction, and the website has already been deactivated. The team will now strengthen Myntra’s mobile business development.

The company was founded in 2011 by Manish Priyadarshi, Barada Sahu, Shamik Datta and Kunal Abhishek. The company developed tools for app developers, facilitating cross-platform development across the spectrum of mobiles and tablet computers. Native5 was incubated in the Nasscom 10,000 Start-ups programme and member of the Microsoft Accelerator programme in 2013.
